Fionna Fan-fic part 1

Part 1
Fionna sat up in her bed as Cake was tucking and re-tucking the sheets on her bed,"Now sugar you're sure that you're warm enough? Don't need a quilt or anything right?" Fionna laughed, Cake was always fussing over her,"Cake I'm fine. I swear. You can stop worrying." Cake tucked the sheets in one more time and went down the stairs, satisfied that Fionna wouldn't move anytime soon. Fionna lay back on her pillow and closed her eyes. She was very tired after a long day of adventuring. Fionna started to drift off into her dreams when*scratch, scratch,scratch* Fionna lifted her head to the noise and locked her eyes on the window. She stared it down till she was satisfied that it wouldn't let another sound through. Fionna put her head back on her pillow*scratch, scratch, scratch* She looked back at the window in time to see a pair of claws retreating from her window. Fionna beat her sheets off of her due to Cakes tucking job. She grabbed the small dagger, she got on Halloween from under her pillow and pointed it towards the figure. The shadow was now beating its fists on her window almost like an attempt to break it. Fionna carefully tip toed to her window and stood next to it so the shadow wouldn't see her. The shadow went up again to beat her window when she pushed it open hitting the thing in the face. It fell to the ground and laid on the earth trying to regain its sense. Fionna jumped out of her window landing on the ground beside the shadow. She winced for a second and made a mental note of not jumping out of trees anytime soon. Fionna lifted her foot and brought it down on the shadows chest bringing her dagger up to its throat. Cake was now running out with a flashlight ready to kill anyone who laid a single finger on Fionna. Cake shined the light on the figures face. The face she saw made her jump back arching her back and hissing."Va-va-vampire!!",Cake stammered. Fionna looked down at the figure again. He now had his faced twisted up into some demonic monster, she pushed her foot down harder on his chest,"Uhhh,yeah." Fionna looked him in the eye,"What is a vampire doing outside my window?" The vampire pushed Fionna off of him and floated in front of her,"I am Marshall lee the vampire king." he said in a kingly tone. Fionna laughed,"And what is 'Marshall lee the vampire king' doing outside my window exactly."
"I'm here on candy kingdom business. Couldn't you tell?" Fionna brought the dagger back up to his throat."Jeez can't a guy have a little fun?" he pushed the dagger away from him and looked down at Fionna,"If you must know I came to see what shape my house was in, and to see if any VERMIN" he glanced at Cake,"Were living in it," Cake swat her claw in his direction but he twisted his face again causing her to cower. Fionna grabbed his shirt and pulled him down so they were eye to eye."What do you mean YOUR house. This is our house!" Marshall lee grabbed Fionna by the throat and lifted her up."No I mean my house. If you haven't noticed human I'm a vampire and NO BODY messes with a vampire. Fionna brought her dagger back up to his throat pressing the side in to his throat so it would only choke him,"And I'm Fionna the adventurer, and NO BODY messes with me.
